By purchasing my services, you are agreeing to the terms listed in this document. Please note that these terms of services are final and hold all commissioners to the same standard that both parties are treated fairly.

GENERAL INFO

✰ Agreement & Revision: By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my art style. I will accept 2–3 changes once I show you the conceptualization stage, anymore changes then I will have to fine you $20+. Once you approve the sketch, I will start lineart and move on, you may not request further lineart changes. Again, you are paying for my style, I am not here to copy another persons style or be lectured on how I should do my own artwork.✰ Payments: I accept Kofi, PAYPAL and ZELLE only in USD. If you send the wrong amount or send the wrong currency, I will request the rest of the money and you will be required to pay fees. Payments must be either paid fully or at least the downpayment stated in the beginning of our conversation. I do not start on artworks or put you on my commission tracker list until payment has been made. Holds/payment plans are only considered through my mutuals.✰ Turn around times: Due to unexpected life scenarios, some art orders may take longer to complete. I agree to message you any updates regarding timeline changes or art progress updates.✰ Communication: You will receive work-in-progress pictures and you are welcome to inquire about the state of the commission at any time. Please do not expect me to be able to chat with you about things outside of the commission, I may not have time.✰ Credit: I own the rights to my artwork. You may not use the artwork for repeated money-gaining purposes or vast redistribution (selling my art on shirts, tracing the art and selling it as your own, etc) unless discussed. Do not remove my signature/credit from the work unless I have specified otherwise.✰ NFSW Art: I do not accept any NSFW art as of now. I will update my TOS to reflect when I am accepting them. So far, I do suggestive art if requested.✰ Refunds: Are only available if:
1) I haven’t started the art yet
2) If I haven’t completed your artwork in over 6 months✰ Things I will draw:
- human
- anime
- chibi
- furry
- monster
- ship art
- couple art✰ Things I won't draw:
- anything hate speech related
- discrimination
- zoophiles
- pedos

TRADITIONAL ART

✰ IMPORTANT: You must provide an accurate reference image to me for your badge before I agree to the commission.✰ If anything about your sona’s design is unclear due to your reference images/sheet, and you did not adequately explain what you would like to be drawn, any error on my part in producing an accurate depiction of your sona cannot be redone or corrected. Traditional badges are created by hand, traditional mediums, and there is no such thing as an undo button. You will need to pay me to redo it in such a case, and I may not accept your commission again.✰ Markers and watercolour are both incredibly unforgiving and I cannot make changes to the art once I have begun to color it.

REFERENCE SHEET

✰ IMPORTANT: You must provide an accurate reference image to me for your badge before I agree to the commission.✰ Revisions: After I send you the lineart sketch, you can request small changes to the lineart. Multiple or significant revisions will cost extra money, as large revisions take extra time. Once you approve the lineart, I will move on. You may not request further lineart changes once we've agreed. After I send you the flat-colored piece, you can request changes to the color. Once you have approved the colors, I will move on and you may not request further color changes.✰ If anything about your sona’s design is unclear due to your reference images/sheet, and you did not adequately explain what you would like to be drawn, any error on my part in producing an accurate depiction of your sona cannot be redone or corrected.

ADOPTS

✰ IMPORTANT: You must provide an accurate reference image to me for your badge before I agree to the commission.✰ Payments: Is due within 24 hrs of winning the adopt. Failure to pay within 24 hrs will cause the adopt to be relisted and you will be blocked.✰ Bidding: Placed bids are unretractable. You may not back out of payment once you have placed a bid. Once you have bid, please do not delete the bid. You must bid PUBLICLY on the designated post. Failure to agree to my terms will cause you to be blacklisted.✰ Reselling Adopts: Yes, you may resell them as long as the adopt is not resold for more than the original bought price. However, the value may be added in the form of new artwork made for them, physical items, or fursuit pieces.✰ Rights: Once you purchase an adopt, you have purchased the rights to: use it as your fursona make original content for it create a fursuit from the design edit the adopt to add or subtract designs
